What’s included?

Registration includes the program, materials, access to lecturers’ presentations and materials, daily continental breakfast, lunch, beverages service, afternoon snacks, plus a reception and dinner with the faculty after Saturday classes.

Hotel accommodations are not included, but attendees are invited to make reservations at the Williamsburg Lodge at our special group rate. More

Credit

MCLE CREDIT: 38.5 (Live 36.5, Ethics 2.0)

The Virginia Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board has approved this course to offer 36.5 hours of live-interactive credit. In addition, registrants will be given access to a complimentary on-demand session which is expected to carry 2.0 hours of Ethics credit pending approval. Our staff will assist registrants in obtaining credit in other states; however, MCLE rules vary by state. Please be sure to consult the regulations for your state before assuming the credits will be approved.

Group Rates

3-5 ATTORNEYS — $300 off per registrant

6+ ATTORNEYS — $500 off per registrant

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests received by 5 p.m., Monday, July 6, 2026, will be honored for a full refund. A $500 administrative fee will be assessed for all requests made after this date. Cancellations made after July 20 will not receive a refund but will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
