Gregory M. Lichko formed Lichko & Schechter, a boutique business litigation firm, in 1995. From 1975 through 1993, Mr. Lichko was a member of Kohrman, Jackson & Krantz, a corporate and securities law firm in Cleveland, OH, where he became a litigation partner in 1981, serving as chief trial attorney on numerous major business cases ranging from antitrust to zoning matters.
Currently, as part of his general business litigation practice, Mr. Lichko concentrates on construction law and defense of architects and engineers errors and omissions claims representing numerous a/e firms and their professional insurance carriers.
Mr. Lichko has extensive trial experience dating back to his military service in which he acted as a prosecutor in the US Army. He has tried numerous jury cases in state and federal court in Ohio, Michigan and Minnesota.
After attending the school himself in the early 1980's, Mr. Lichko fulfilled a career ambition by becoming a faculty member of the Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia in 1997.
